Palm Harbor’s Halloween Carnival returns downtown October 30
Free trick-or-treating joins paid haunted-chapel, hayride and inflatable attractions at Harbor Hall and the White Chapel.

Palm Harbor’s Halloween Carnival will return to Harbor Hall and the White Chapel on Friday, October 30, from 6 to 9 p.m. The downtown setting brings the celebration back around the historic chapel, which becomes a haunted attraction for the evening.
Trick-or-treating with community vendors is free. The haunted chapel, hayride and inflatables require a wristband, and Palm Harbor Parks and Recreation lists the event cost as $10. Food and drinks will be sold separately.
The Dancing Witch Troupe is also part of the planned entertainment. Families can use the free candy stops as the focus of their visit or add the paid attractions. Review the recreation department’s event page below for ticket links and updates before arriving.
